A floor that has mostly held
The average needs 200 weeks of history, so the line starts in mid-2015. Price met it almost exactly at the December 2018 low and fell about a third below it in 2022, then recovered above it within months. At tops, price ran 15.6× above it in 2017, 5.7× in April 2021 and 2.3× in 2025.

Bear markets have ended at or near it. Price touched it at the December 2018 low, fell about a third below it in 2022, and has spent little time under it otherwise.
